Latika Raj
After completing graduation from Nagpur University ,in History Honours, Latika came to know about the Xavier Institute of Social Sciences, Ranchi. She chose the centre for Livelihoods and Social Entrepreneurship in Social Work at XISS for her specialisation in Masters. During her postgraduate degree, Latika worked with a field action project under the centre of Livelihood and Social Innovations. Latika’s first internship outside her academic curriculum was with “Inside Jharkhand” for six weeks, in Ranchi. During the internship, she was part of the team working on Quantitative Research using secondary data to give recommendations to the Department of Scheduled Tribe, Scheduled Caste, Minority and Backward Class Welfare of Government of Jharkhand .
Tej Pratap Gaur
Tej interned at “Inside Jharkhand” in June 2019. He has a Master’s degree in Anthropology from the University of Ranchi , and has previously worked with various non-profit organisations.His work involves qualitative research and writing in the fields caste atrocity and more recently, tribal development. Ashonita Pradhan
Ashonita is currently pursuing Law and had finished her undergraduate degree in philosophy. She interned with Inside Jharkhand in 2019 during which she was involved with several activities including working on the Inside Jharkhand transcribing and translating documents and speeches; creating banners, posters and digital visuals; and research work for the School for social change Youth Festival 2019.
