Since its inception , Inside Jharkhand  has been focusing towards the transformation of the society thorugh education. The organization considers education to be the most powerful as well as sustainable tool to cater all forms of societal issues including caste based discrimination. Inside Jharkhand is running 7 residential centres(Ashrams) for Tribal and Dalit children and woman . They reside and continue their education either in organisation supported schools or in any other formal schools. These centres are fully equipped with good infrastructure, logistic facilities , academic support and homely atmosphere that aspire the Dalit & Tribal children & women towards their overall development. Inside Jharkahnd has supported to establish 5 formal schools for both Dalit & Tribal girls in the district of Giridih  with the main motto of bringing or mainstreaming the out of school and school drop-out Dalit & Tribal  children . Inside Jharkhand is running in partnership with The Welfare Department, Government of Jharkhand for both Tribals & Dalits with the main purpose to cater the community towards the need and the importance of education and also develop them as the change agent for the society.

Sarva Shiksha Abhiyaan (SSA)
Role of Inside Jharkhand under SSA:
Under the Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan, Inside Jharkhand has set up a large chain of Setu Schools in Gumla and Giridih districts of Jharkhand.  Around 9500 children are being enrolled in different Schools.
The work done by Inside Jharkahnd to support government’s SSA welfare scheme are :
1. Gram Siksha Samiti : Gram Shiksha Samiti program was conducted in 136 panchayats of 11 blocks of Gumla district. Within Gumla District under Sarv Shiksha Abhiyaan 253 Gram Shiksha Samiti have been established and under this about 1668 (1306 male and 362 female )trainees were trained in the Gumla district.
2. Setu Paatyakram (Bridge Course) : Under the Sarva Shiksha Abhiyaan, Inside Jharkahnd got the approval of this project in November 2014 and  the work of selection of survey site and selection of teachers were started in the area. By focusing on the children of age group 11-14 years, Inside Jharkhand  has prepared the outline of the work schedule. Most of the school going Dalit & Tribal children in latehar district used to drop out after the second grade.  Keeping this challenge in mind, a total of 55 residential schools were opened in 11 blocks of Latehar district since from January 2015 in which 2250 students were enrolled and a total of 55 teachers were working in these schools. State Resource Center (Rajya Sansadhan Kendra) : Inside Jharkhand , State Resource Center was formed with  main objectives were to provide suitable resources to develop the primary education program operated in Jharkhand.
