Co-Founder – Nitin Ranjan
Nitin Ranjan has a Masters in Public Policy from Harvard University and is a Graduate Associate at the Lakshmi Mittal South Asia Institute, Harvard University. He is the co-founder of Inside Jharkhand, a grassroots policy and advocacy initiative working on caste justice and equity in India. His research also explores the intersection of artificial intelligence and public policy, with a focus on equity, governance, and technology regulation.
Co-Founder – Yasha Singh
Yasha Singh is a social justice advocate and co-founder of Inside Jharkhand, a platform dedicated to amplifying marginalized voices and advancing caste and gender equity through research, policy engagement, and grassroots organizing. Her scholarly work spans working papers, policy briefs, and peer-reviewed publications, complemented by invited lectures and conference presentations at leading academic institutions.
