For over 12 years, we have worked with scheduled castes and indigenous tribal communities in the state of Jharkahnd to achieve more equitable, inclusive and peaceful society. In recent years, we have seen spikes in violent attacks against Scheduled Castes and indigenous Tribals because of their identities. Online hate speech against these communities is rampant, and those defending Dalit and indigenous rights are increasingly under attack.Dalits and Tribals are targeted by populist governments and used as scapegoats in attempts to explain away serious governance failures in addressing economic and social issues .

We are committed to combating persecution, challenging marginalization and realizing social justice. Our ambitious strategy outlines our plans to make a difference to the lives of Dalits and Tribals of Jharkhand.
